By Michael John

Arina Sophia Meran, social reformer and mystic, professional model, and homeless advocate, because of miraculous and impressive works is forced to overcome subversive attitudes, beliefs, laws and agents that attempt to silence her example while she inspires radical changes in society. By way of remembering the spiritual power and political importance of the 13th century Saint Elizabeth of Hungary, healer, princess, mystic, nurse, and Imperishable, Arina overcomes adversary while inspiring a spiritual and political revolution.

Set in present-day San Francisco and medieval European castles, Arina’s mysterious return from the dead, and Elizabeth’s miracles from the tomb, provide the protagonist with powers of remembrance and materialization. These works and miracles bring her shelter, free clinic, and abortion center under attack from the right while she focalizes popular support.

The emergence of Elizabeth’s soulmate and husband into Arina’s life enlightens her ability to see the past (and some future) and transfer that experience and knowledge to those she contacts. The organization formed in her wake incites a nationwide green movement for right governance, exposing fraud and restoring basic human and spiritual rights for true government by the people.

The Saint’s Influence

Elizabeth’s life and her illumination of oppression and domination by church morality serve as a blueprint for Arina. The divergence from Elizabeth’s destiny as a Merovingian descendent of Jesus shapes Arina’s conciliatory actions. Driven by memories and talents, Arina embodies Elizabeth’s vision to inspire spiritual insight and community action.

Parallels with Gnostic Myth and Parcival

Arina and Elizabeth’s lives parallel Sophia in the Gnostic myth, reflecting higher consciousness and healing. St. Elizabeth, depicted in Parcival (the first Holy Grail novel), is a core influence for Arina, whose gift is to awaken the “grail within.” Elizabeth’s failed attempt to spark the renaissance provides Arina the chance to fulfill her life work, guided by the soul of Count Louis.

Dreams and Miracles

Starting with Klingsohr’s prophecy, Arina’s visions reveal her divine nature. In her dream, young Elizabeth witnesses an execution, understanding her soul as a stage for transformation. Awaking from illness, she finds herself pregnant. At her Open Hearts clinic in San Francisco, she faces assault and relives past experiences, recovering miraculously, which galvanizes her activism.

Transcendence and Influence

After a near-fatal experience post-abortion, Arina’s recovery garners public attention. People begin seeing visions of her, symbolizing her growing influence. She guides others to assemble, meeting and sharing their experiences with her, and she draws contributions to her foundation. Meanwhile, Trace ends their relationship amid rising public support for her cause.

Public Assembly and Healing

At a public gathering, Arina’s presence invokes healing and transformation, symbolized by flowers turning to gold coins. A club encounter introduces Galen (Count Louis), rekindling past-life memories. Together, they influence a gathering that shares a vision of political and personal transformation.

Arrest and Revelation

Arina’s arrest for alleged violations increases her resolve. Galen’s presence affirms her destiny, symbolized by matching wedding bands and relics. Through her influence, people regain lost memories, fostering activism nationwide in support of the Right campaign.

Climax and Transformation

At Glastonbury’s Tor, Arina and Galen access a hidden chamber, facing a transformative initiation by wizard Klingsohr. Her growing influence culminates in a massive rally where she addresses the crowd. In a dramatic turn, Galen is shot protecting her, triggering a moment of forgiveness and unity among former adversaries.

Arina’s journey inspires the public, igniting a social transformation and leading her followers to the White House in a wave of solidarity and purpose.
